Shipping policy

Bloomerry Flower Boutique located in Los Angeles and available for pick up. We provide local flower delivery with extra delivery fee . 

We encourage everyone to order in advance. It’s best to place an order 3-5 days in advance .

Please note that a delivery fee increase may apply around certain holidays.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special note box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If No One is Home: We offer an opportunity to our clients to choose what to do in case there is no one home.

Recipient May be Contacted: We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.

Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. A written request for cancellation is required 24 hours prior to the delivery time of orders. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if items have been sent out for delivery. No Refunds. Please check carefully before submitting your order.
