Refund policy

All sales concluded at Bloomerry Flower Boutique are final.

We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 5 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to bloomerryflowerboutique@gmail.com.

Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Bloomerry Flower Boutique.

Will always do our best to use the exact flowers shown in the picture on the website. However, due to the nature of perishable product, if a particular flower is not available, we reserve the right to substitute flowers without sacrificing the look and/or value of the piece.
